You invest a modest start fee, then 1 percent of salary per month for up to 24 months, so our success is tied to your leader’s long-term impact, not just day one.

From first conversation to the first quarter in the role, we stay in the picture with onboarding support and check-ins, so your new leader is not just placed, they are prepared. The result is a high-performing, mission-aligned team built for the long haul, not another short tenure.
